Sallie lost over 16 inches and dropped her
body fat almost 3%

In 15 days I will be 53 years old. This has not only been a challenge but a life change and an eye opener.
I had spent what seemed like a life time as a overweight person, from a chubby kid to a fat teenager on to an overweight adult. I can't remember what I wanted to be when I grew up other than to be thin.
Before the challenge I was going along at a slow steady pace, seeing some results, but now “wow”.
I have learned what to eat, the proper way to eat and how to maximize my food to use as necessary fuel.
I came into this challenge with goals of losing inches, toning and tightening. I have exceeded the lost inches from my thighs and hips. For me, the after is the realization that this is not a quick fix challenge. This is a life long healthy fit lifestyle change.
Not only have I changed the outside of me, but I have changed the inside as well. I know that I can do anything I set my mind to. I have confidence in myself, because I am presenting the best possible me to the world.
